The Dirty Gin Martini

Ingredients:

2.5 ounces gin

.50 ounce dry vermouth

.50 ounce olive brine

Garnish: 3 olives

Method:

1. Add the gin, vermouth and olive brine to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled.

2. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

3. Garnish with a skewer of olives.
