RECIPE:
1½ oz cognac
1 lemon slice, peeled
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp ground coffee
Method:
Pour cognac into brandy snifter
Place peeled lemon slice across top of glass
Sprinkle half the lemon with powdered sugar
Sprinkle other half with ground coffee
Fold lemon, bite into mouth, then drink cognac
