Ingredients
8 oz extra creamy oat milk
4 oz Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
0.10 oz vanilla extract
1.5 oz cinnamon-ginger simple syrup
2 Cadbury chocolate cubes
2 Hershey’s chocolate cubes
2 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the oat milk, Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur, vanilla extract, cinnamon-ginger simple syrup, cinnamon sticks, and both chocolates.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and simmer, stirring continuously, until the chocolate dissolves completely and the mixture becomes smooth and rich.
Carefully pour into a hot chocolate mug. Garnish with whipped cream and a light sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
Cinnamon–Ginger Simple Syrup
Combine 2 cups white sugar, 3 cups water, ½ cup cinnamon powder, and 1 tablespoon ginger powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
