Chrysanthemum cocktail in a coupe glass with an orange twist on pale marble


The Chrysanthemum is a delicate aperitif classic where dry vermouth, Bénédictine, and absinthe meet in a floral, gently bitter stir.

Ingredients
2 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz Bénédictine
1/4 oz absinthe
Orange twist

Method
Add all liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and diluted, then strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange twist over the surface and garnish.
